About Cheryl Caswell

From Chicago Roots to Conservative Foundations
Born in 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, Cheryl was raised in a blue-collar household where hard work was a way of life. Her father, a Democratic Union Worker and Locomotive Train Driver, and her young mother from the prairies of Beauty, Kentucky, taught her the values of family, discipline, and resilience.

But Cheryl always had a fierce independent streak. While her family leaned Democrat, she found herself drawn to conservative voices on talk radio and news stations. Even as a young girl, she would call into political talk shows, engaging in debates and defending the values she believed in. Little did her parents know, they had raised a Rush Baby.

This passion for America, freedom, and the Constitution never faded. Cheryl dedicated herself to understanding parliamentary procedure, Robert’s Rules of Order, and the principles of law and order—foundations that would later define her leadership in Arizona’s conservative movement.

Life on the Road & Moving to Arizona
In 1991, Cheryl married her hardworking husband, Kevin, and together they built a life defined by grit and determination. For years, Cheryl and Kevin traveled the country as cross-country semi-truck drivers, hauling freight coast to coast. Life on the road gave Cheryl a unique perspective on America’s economy, infrastructure, and the struggles of hardworking, blue-collar families.

After years of driving across the nation, they set their sights on Arizona, moving to the state in 1998 in search of new opportunities and a strong community to put down roots. Once settled, Cheryl transitioned into the financial sector, working as a Staff Appraiser at a major bank. Her expertise in real estate and property valuation eventually led her to start her own successful real estate appraisal business, where she gained firsthand experience in small business ownership, economic challenges, and the importance of reducing government regulations that burden entrepreneurs.

Family, Community, and Grassroots Leadership
Life changed forever in 2004, when Cheryl and Kevin welcomed a set of triplets—Connor, Trevor, and Lainey—lovingly known as TLC. Raising triplets was no small task, but Cheryl balanced motherhood, career, and community involvement with unwavering dedication.

While raising her children, Cheryl remained deeply involved in their education, working within the Vail Unified School District and dedicating countless hours as a Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts leader, 4H project leader, and mentor. She helped shape not just her own children, but countless others, instilling in them the same values of hard work, integrity, and patriotism that she was raised with.

A Conservative Fighter for Arizona
As her children grew, so did Cheryl’s involvement in politics and grassroots activism. She saw firsthand how government overreach, reckless spending, and weak leadership were failing hardworking Americans. Refusing to sit back, she took action, stepping into key leadership roles within Arizona’s conservative movement.

Cheryl is a current Election Integrity Commissioner, ensuring that every vote is counted fairly and securely. She previously served as Vice Chairman of the Pima County Election Integrity Commission, where she played a vital role in advocating for stronger election safeguards and transparency. Her commitment to protecting the integrity of Arizona’s elections continues to be one of her top priorities.

Her leadership within the Arizona Republican Party has been extensive. She served as Arizona GOP CD6 Member at Large (2022-Present), Pima County Republican Party 3rd Vice Chairman (2020-2022), and Precinct Committeeman and Vice Chairman in Legislative Districts 14 and 19.

Most notably, Cheryl served as Legislative District 19 Chairman from 2022-2024, a role that spanned five counties—Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, and Santa Cruz. As Chairman, she worked tirelessly to unite rural communities, advocate for conservative policies, and ensure that every voice in the district was heard. Cheryl understands the unique needs of rural Arizona, from protecting water rights to ensuring that small businesses and family farms thrive. Now, she is ready to take that leadership to the next level, fighting for LD19 on a larger scale in the Arizona State House.

Her dedication to grassroots activism also led her to Turning Point Action Chase the Vote, where she continues to serve as a manager, mobilizing conservative voters and working to engage, inform, and activate Arizona’s Republican base. Throughout her career, Cheryl has never been afraid to take on the tough fights, push back against government overreach, and hold elected officials accountable.

Cheryl Caswell is a constitutional conservative who believes that government should be limited, transparent, and accountable to the people. She is a firm defender of life, the Second Amendment, and individual liberty, standing unapologetically for the values that make Arizona strong. As a representative, Cheryl will fight to secure the border, protect election integrity, and defend parental rights—without compromise. Rural Arizona needs  a leader who will stand up to government overreach and put We the People first.

With five counties in Legislative District 19—Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, and Santa Cruz—we need a leader who understands our communities and will fight for every single voter. Arizona has long been built on the 5 C’s—Copper, Cattle, Cotton, Citrus, and Climate—but now, it’s time to add a 6th: Caswell.
